O ministro de Três Gargantas, Pu Haiqing, que comanda a construção e a operação daquela que será a maior hidrelétrica do mundo, quando concluída, chega hoje (06) a Foz do Iguaçu, acompanhado de uma comitiva de nove pessoas.
De amanhã até quarta, o ministro cumpre intensa programação em Itaipu. Amanhã, às 16h, o ministro chinês se encontra com o ministro de Minas e Energia, Silas Rondeau, no escritório do diretor-geral brasileiro, Jorge Samek.
Programa desta quarta – 08/11/06
· Amanhã, às 8h, a programação começa no Ecomuseu, onde o ministro assiste ao filme sobre Itaipu em mandarim.
· Logo mais tarde, o diretor de Coordenação, Nelton Friedrich, faz uma palestra sobre o programa Cultivando Água Boa.
· Às 10h, está marcada uma visita ao Ecomuseu e, na seqüência, ao Canal da Piracema.
· À tarde, o ministro chinês e sua comitiva visitam o Refúgio Biológico Bela Vista, de onde saem para um passeio de barco no reservatório, para conhecer os tanques-redes.
· Plantio e visita à usina
· Na quarta-feira, Pu Haiqing planta uma muda de árvore no Bosque dos Visitantes. Às 9h, fará uma visita institucional à usina, acompanhado do engenheiro José Ricardo e da gerente da Divisão de Relações Públicas, Marta Costard.
· Às 11h, o ministro e sua comitiva conhecem o Parque Tecnológico Itaipu e, ao meio-dia, participam de um almoço, que marca o encerramento da visita dos chineses.
