This alliance also focuses on the interlinkages with the other SDGs.

During COP 24, in Katowice (Poland), the partnership launched the Global Network on Water and Energy Solutions, a platform for sharing good practices in water and energy. The network includes other UN bodies, such as UNECE, UNESCWA, UNFCCC, and UN-Habitat, in addition to the Brazilian National Water Agency (ANA), the Ministry of Ecological Transition and Demographic Challenge of Spain, the Ministry of International Affairs of Spain, Tajikistan Government, Asazgua, the International Hydropower Association (IHA), World Energy Council (WEC), among others.

During COP 25, in Madrid (Spain), Itaipu and UNDESA launched one of the technical products of the partnership, a collection of 17 case studies, addressing Itaipu's actions that directly contribute to the goals of each of the 17 SDGs of the Agenda 2030. These case studies are also available in Portuguese.

Itaipu has also produced a Synthesis Report of its case studies, available in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
